PLATFORM
Integration and employment of persons with Status S in the Canton of Zurich
The IntegraS 2025 Integration and Employment Forum is designed as a practical platform to bring together authorities, employers, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), educational institutions and refugees and persons with S Status (in particular, the Ukrainian community) around a common goal: promoting sustainable employment and integration of persons with S Status. The Forum traces the real path to employment - from legal frameworks to first points of contact, skills development, NGO support and employer engagement. It combines strategic sessions with interactive mini-panels for orientation and practical knowledge.
The importance of this platform lies not only in providing practical opportunities, but also in creating a space for constructive dialogue and exchange of experiences. For Ukrainian refugees, INTEGRAS opens the door to a new life, helping to find not only jobs, but also educational opportunities that will contribute to professional development and personal growth.
For representatives of Switzerland, this platform will be an important step in strengthening social cohesion and attracting qualified specialists from various fields, integrating new residents and creating opportunities for economic growth and expanding the horizons of interaction between peoples.
INTEGRAS is a symbol of solidarity and interaction, which contributes to the creation of new opportunities for both Ukrainian refugees and Switzerland. It is a space where Ukrainians receive not only a chance for a new start in a safe environment, but also support in integration, adaptation and professional growth. For Switzerland, this is a unique opportunity to use the talent, experience and ideas of Ukrainians, which will contribute to economic growth and cultural enrichment of the country. INTEGRAS strengthens intercultural ties and opens up new horizons of cooperation, which will contribute to the development of innovative approaches to solving social and professional challenges of the modern world.
FORUM
The main goal of the second INTEGRAS forum is to promote the integration of Ukrainian refugees into Swiss society and help them find work. The forum is designed as a platform to provide the necessary knowledge and resources, where participants will receive practical information on adapting to life in Switzerland, employment opportunities, career development and professional education. The event will bring together representatives of business, government institutions and public organizations, creating an environment for productive dialogue and new prospects for Ukrainians in Switzerland.
What the forum will provide for participants:
The opportunity to personally meet representatives of the Swiss civil service, public organizations and businesses, which will help establish useful contacts for future employment and adaptation
Obtaining up-to-date information on S status, rights and obligations related to staying in Switzerland, as well as employment and training opportunities for persons with this status
Participation in discussions with experts, where you can learn about new trends in the labor market, employer requirements, and ways to improve your skills for successful integration
Practical advice on adapting to a new country: from getting an education and retraining to starting your own business or participating in social projects
Interactive career development sessions that will allow participants to better understand their strengths and prospects in the Swiss job market
Networking with professionals to help you find potential mentors or partners to develop your professional skills and personal growth
